I'm new here. I know there are many threads about screenshots, but I'm having much trouble and none of them seem to provide any new information from the others.

I'm using Windows 7 (x64) and an unrooted Evo.

I've downloaded and installed the USB driver from the SDK and it wouldn't work. I'd plug my phone back in and it would try to reinstall drivers and would fail. I tried to manually update the driver and go to the specific directory (till AMD64) and it refused to update like that. I used PDANet and the driver was downloaded. I downloaded the JDK. Installed it. Now, when trying to launch ddms my terminal flashes quickly across the screen and I catch a glimpse of it saying I need to install the JDK, which I just did.

    So... what do I do?!

What JDK version did you install?
