1st X swapped due to issue with callers not hearing me. Replacement now cannot get to 3G or 1G. Errors include National Access Coverage Not Available if text or pic is received and Network Unavailable for Backup Assistant. Working with tech support, but have done multiple resets, battery pulls, *228, etc. Nada.....

I'm really trying to be patient, but I've almost had it with this model.

    Addendum:

Worked for a while with the tech rep from vzw and we still cannot get the device to show 3G. Determined it was another hardware issue and they'll overnight yet another X. Hoping the third time's a charm....

Hopefully the 3rd worked well for you. I have had NO issues with mine and it's been through hell. Hopefully 3rd is a carm though

Really love the phone, but have had a couple of issues and VZW CS had made good on 2 swap-outs. Get refurb phones next day. The 3rd one seems good-to-go so far. Fingers crossed...

PS - refurbs look brand new!

Unfortunately, my third replacement developed issues as well. Things like restarting on it's own and the screen being non-responsive have forced my hand. I worked with customer service and tech support people and came to a decision that I had had enough.

I like Android, but apparently Motorola has not worked all the kinks out of the X. I have co workers who have had zero issues and here I am with at least 3 lemons.

It's been fun, but it's time to move on. Best of luck to everyone. I hope your Droid X's perform as expected for the duration of your terms.
