    On iPhone I used an app called photochop where I could erase sections of a photo and cut and paste other parts of a separate image. Ie. Place someone head on another body. Anything simular to this for android other the face in the hole which is just preset templates.

    Not as useful as photochop. For instance you can't move the pasted pic after you insert it. Anything else?

    I love Picsay Pro. It's by far the most comprehensive and intuitive editing app I've come across.

    Photoshop Touch in the Google Play store has layer support so you can do it in that application.
