I just got a replacement for my old Evo 4G and I activated it and imported the contacts (or at least I thought I did).

However, I'm missing a good share of my contacts from my old phone. I know they were all stored on the SD card in my previous eve 4g. I'd say it was all the contacts I have added since around august 2011 that I'm missing.

Any tips to get ALL my contacts back?

    welcome to the forums!!!!!!!!!!!!
you should have all of your contacts assigned to google that way when you get a new phone or even a replacement phone, it is easy to import them.

do you have your old card? if so launch the people app and go into settings, there should be an option to import/export. you should be able to get your contact from their.

yes sir that's actually what I did. But for some reason, the contacts that I have added since august 2011 aren't there. only the ones that I added before then.
