I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and of course I'm very happy with it. However, I was at Costco tonight and had the chance to play with the Acer AconiaA500. It's a really nice tablet. I was impressed with the size considering it has a usb, micro usb and an hdmi port. And the price was amazing, $429.00, for the 32 gb version. Wow. It's not much bigger than my Galaxy tab but with all those ports for $170 cheaper. I see why they are selling so well. I love my galaxy tab but the iconia is impressive to say the least.

I bought the galaxy and exchanged it same day for the Acer Iconia A500. I wanted to be able to connect it to my tv by hdmi and connect usb devices at the same time, I couldn't figure out a way with the Galaxy so I called Samsung and they said it was impossible. I am happy with the Acer, its only a little heavier but a lot more functionality for me not to mention $100 cheaper.

Yeah, I can understand why you changed. It's a very functional tablet.
