Both the Inc and X have 8gb of built-in flash memory, but the allocations are different: Inc = 748mb for apps + 6.6gb for media X = 7.34gb for apps (no allocation for media) I prefer the Inc allocation myself, since 6.6gb more media is a nice chunk of space for- media. Then again, if you are a heavy gamer and intend on using your phone for the function a lot, I can see where having all the space for apps could be handy. Added: until Froyo and apps2sd are more common for devs, of course and then it will not matter too much (unless you have a very slow microsd card) A lot of EA games like Need for Speed are almost 200mb installed. Does not take long with games like that. I am more an arcade gamer on a phone, so will prefer smaller games. Still, the market will start to see some good stuff as Froyo becomes common (apps2sd will help the market- big time).
