Incoming Calling Problem with Certain Caller

[Android Question]

I get an old voice mail message that starts playing when a certain caller calls me on my new Sansung s4 device. Verizon is provider! Any ideas! It is strange. Brand new device and I tried removing SIMS card and battery and starting up again but same problem! Any ideas? Thank you!
