Whenever I get incoming photos, they are all coming in as lower res. I got a portrait photo from another HTC One M8 (AT&T) that came in at 271 x 480, a landscape photo that came in from a Samsung GS3 (AT&T) that came in at 480 x 360 and a portrait photo that came from an iPhone 5 (Verizon) that came in at 360 x 480.
This never happened on my Galaxy Note II. I am using Google Hangouts. Does that matter? Is there a setting somewhere?
