"This app has no associated labels"--what does this mean? It is applied to several apps, so it must have a general meaning. (on Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1)

No idea what that means, but it would suggest that things have gone missing.
Have you deleted any app-related files or moved them to the SD card, maybe?
I'd try uninstalling the apps then re-installing, see if that fixes the issue. If that doesn't work, back up your data and try a factory reset. If that still doesn't fix things, I'm afraid you're going to need to send the phone for repair
