Root increase cpu

How can I increase my CPU speed from 1GHz to 2GHz

First off -
To increase clock speed you need to be rooted and have a ROM/Kernel that supports it.

Second - I don't think 2Ghz is sustainable for this device. Mine plays nice in the 1.5ghz Range.
