Help [Incredible] Deleting all contacts and starting over

Does anyone know of a way to delete all contacts from the Incredible? I used to have a BlackBerry Curve and was thrilled to see the UI of the Incredible. Now with the Incredible, and using it with my work Outlook Exchange, there are multiple entries. Linking only does so much. What I would like to do is erase and start over.
