Incredible S and sync problem

    Just got my Incredible S a week ago. I downloaded the Sync software from htc website, updated it. Disable virus scan as well. But it still says "no device connected" and my phone says "Unable to find HTC Sync", and asked me to download from htc website which I already did! I've reboot both phone and pc, no luck.:mad:

    No problem with the cable as I am able to use "Internet Pass-through" when connect to my pc.

    So what may be the problem?
