Initial "Phone Locked" screen options

I used my phone at home a lot. Is there any way to disable the initial "phone locked"? It is very annoying to have to swipe every time I want to access the phone when it is just sitting on my desk. Thanks!!!!

P.S. I looked in the manual and did not see any options regarding this.
