    Hi,

Just got an Xperia X10 and see there are many 'guitar tuner apps'. My friends with iPhones have little jacks/adapters they can use to directly plug their guitars into their phones to tune the guitar.

Is there a similar type of jack for the XPeria? Using the internal mic to try to tune is pretty hopeless.

    Thanks,

    ---JC

The jack works for my handsfree cable, incorporating a mic, so imagine something similar might work for your needs.

That's what I figured. I just need a jack that makes contact with the 'mic' portion. When I tried a standard 1/4" to mini-plug adapter it seems to have made contact with the 'speaker' portion and did not work.

    Anyone?
