Root Install 2.1 help

Okay i was rooted and then flashed the downgrade and went back to a 100% stock or so i thought. i tried to install the update but it pulled up amon ra recovery and said E: no signature and verification failed

How do i remove amon ra recovery and put the normal recovery on there
