Help Installation error

Started getting "Installation Error. Couldn't install on USB storage or SD card." yesterday when trying to install anything from marketplace or even upgrade any apps.

Any thoughts?

I'm not rooted, but I have changed the setting to have all apps install direct to SD Card. But this has been working fine for weeks. No issues until yesterday.

Had to delete a file using windows.

Not all apps support being on the sd card. Some of them have to be installed on the phone. You can go to appbrain.com and look up the app and on the description they tell you if it supports app to sd.

This had nothing to do with moving apps to SD card. The solution was as I mentioned in previous post... a file left behind in the file system causes all future downloads or updates to fail.
