I've just installed the stock firmware over the orange firmware on my samsung galaxy SII, but I still have the really annoying contacts backup and orange plus. I've installed the I9100XXKI4 baseband with an xwkj3 kernel. I installed this as I wanted to get the restrictions on tethering and number of text messages removed.
Should programs like these survive a firmware install? If I want o start with a completely clean slate with a stock kernel how should I go about this?
