Installing Android on Airphone 4

Hello!
I'm thinking of getting an Airphone (no.)4 - Airphone NO.4 Quad Band Dual Cards with Wifi Java Touch Screen Cell Phone.
The thing is, I want Android on it (preferably the latest version).
My questions are...
- is it possible?
- would bluetooth, wifi etc work?
- would the dual sim system work?

I have heard about rooting your phone (getting to the root directory), since it's a knock-off it'll probably work but I need a little assistance!
