I had issues installing my email signing certificate & my exchange server certificate on my new Sprint Samsung Galaxy S II. Thought I would post results on what finally worked for me discovered thru hours of trial & error.

-You have to rename .pfx files to .p12 for the android OS to recognize it.
-I had to store the .p12 files on a micro SD card, would not work on internal storage for me.
-Had to store the .p12 file in the root of my micro sd card for importing the certificate into Email (settings... accounts and sync... microsoft exchange account settings... security options... email certificates... install encrypted certificate)
-Had to store the .p12 files in the download directory of my micro SD card for importing the certificate via settings... location and security... install from USB storage...
