Help Installing Froyo, locked my milestone

Hi,

I had an unlocked Milestone, but after installing 2.2, I am now locked to Rogers, when I search for networks, it only has Rogers. I have tried to unlock it, but when I put in the Telus sim card, I do not get the "Enter Special Code" box and no box opens up when I hold down the *.

Does anybody know how I can fix this?
