I have a Xperia E1 and a Sd Card of 16 gb and is there a way to install apk files on Sd Card and download obb on Sd Card ? I tried with original and pirated apps and both of them wont install on Sd Card ? I found some ways but i do not want to root my phone.

sorry but you might have to root your phone. android by design is only allowed to move parts of the app to the sd card. unless you root the phone there is not much you can do to get around this.
i do not know much about your phone, but in the old og evo (htc evo 4g) days, you could root your phone and use darktremor ( a script that moves the apps entirely onto the sd card)....you would have to partition the card first before using darktremor though.
sorry, but there is no way to do what you want to do unless you root the phone.
