Help Installing LaunchePro PLus and deleting TwLauncher

Hi all...

I installed the Launcherpro, and i love it, but the phone has become really slow, im think that uninstalling TwLauncher will, help, since im not using it anymore i wont miss it.

My first question is: Is it possible?

Second: Is it safe to unistall it?
