Instant Camera launcher like on Motorola X?

I wonder if there is an app to instantly launch camera without unlocking screen, and clicking on a camera app/widgit? Something similar to new Motorola X camera launch option, like shake it twice or use of buttons configuration?

Widget locker can open the camera without unlocking the screen. Swipe the right edge of the screen when it's "locked" and the camera will open.
