Help Instructions on flashing Xiaomi Mi A2 with stock ROM from Linux machine

I want to flash my Xiaomi Mi A2 with the stock ROM using my Linux laptop.

The ROMs are at the below url and there is recovery and fastboot version:

Can anybody point me to some instructions for installing this ROM on my Xiaomi Mi A2 using Linux?

To flash stock ROMs it needs the Xiaomi flash tool, which is an EXE, and so it's Windows only.
