Unfortunately you do get what you pay for. This policy does NOT cover for loss, only theft and only theft where there is a threat of violence. If someone pick pockets the phone out of your pocket you again would not be covered as there was no violence or threat of violence.
Just google the company's name and you'll see plenty of not so favourable reviews

Orange UK are asking
orange insurance is pretty good. 6 pounds a month, and it makes life easier if you have a faulty phone, like dead pixels etc. instead of having to return it for warranty they send out a replacement the same day if you call in the morning.
i was contemplating cancelling my insurance, but after i lost my touch HD i was so thankful i didnt lol. Its a disaster to lose or break such expensive phones
