My internal phone storage says available space is 164mb. Is that good or bad?
Also my SD card storage is 14.91 gb. My available space for that is only 2.23gb. I have like 3000 pictures ..would that slow down phone and lag? Also if internal storage low how make better?

Neither. It's just the amount of space you have free. It's not inherently good or bad. You're not running low on space if that's what you're actually asking.

No. CPU usage is the biggest reason for lag and there are apps to show CPU usage out there.

you have 164mb of 256mb left on a D1? I'd say that is great amount of internal storage left. I am at 108 and think that is good :)

no doubt that allows for better phone performance as your system as a lot of room to breath.

you will get a notification once your internal storage gets low. once that happens the only thing you can do is move some apps (the movable ones) to the SD card.

other than that, you are good.
I have 27MB of internal left, and HAD like .25GB on my SD a little bit ago. everything was running fine.
