Help internal storage - downloads section

Hi everybody,

I do have a problem with my internal storage. I know that of the 16Gb storage, only 9 Gb can be used, and that

Have you tried variations in your search for files? there might be a recovery or backup file of the films just with a different name.

Try downloading Clean Master from play store and see if that finds the files. Advanced clean will break it down for you and let you pick what to clean.
