    Hi there,

So I rooted my phone a little while ago and installed Omega in a previous thread, and I was wondering what you guys would consider essential apps.

I already bought the Titanium Backup pro key version, for making backups in Dropbox, but what are some other apps worth paying for?

I suppose maybe not essential as there are good free alternatives. But for me root explorer was worth the pennies. Personally I prefer the layout over the free ones. It does lack the option to open up and edit a zip file like you can with 7zip on a pc though. The only app I've found which lets you do that is ghost commander which is free but I always go back to root explorer for everyday use.

Romtoolbox Pro. It's an ad blocker, backup apps and data, cpu controller, theme chooser and installer, rom manager, goomanager and rebooter. All in one.

I don't know how I forgot about this one but an essential app for me is mobile Odin. I flash a lot of kernels and modems so being able to flash .tar files is a must for me.

I am trying out Solid Explorer beta , a new dual screen file browser. You find it in the Play store. It's excellent.

Even though the majority have been mentioned, I'll contribute with the following:

Swiftkey - Very functional and user friendly. I love it.
    Root explorer - See above!
Cerberus - Even though I've never had to use it for what it's intended for, it seems very handy if my phone falls into the wrong hands.
OfficeSuite - I occasionally have to play with documents on the go, and this is a life saver.
    PowerAmp - Best mp3 player I've used.
Tasker - Some nice tweaks to add to your phone.
Nova Launcher - Functional, customisable, stable and slick. Perfect.
