Root [International] Gone and cocked right up -_-

After trying to install a ROM it failed and tryed to reboot (even though Id done full wipes) now its stuck on the S4 logo screen and wont let me into recovery.
I got it into download mode and re-aplyed CF root via Odin but when I try and install another Rom via recovery it stalls and says "installing SD card" and nothing happens ????

panic over flashed a stock rom via Odin and all seems well......apart from being stock lol
