After flashing the [MOD] AXI0M 2.1 SoftKey & 1% Mods - RootzWiki my soft keys and notification shade have disappeared. Anyone know why?

Are you running a specific rom? Depending on the rom it could cause issues. Also did you wipe as suggested?
You could also try the other mods [MOD][4.0.2] Softkey and 1% mods - RootzWiki for 4.0.2

I'm running stock rooted. No mods other than updated radio. I am 4.0.2.
The mods said you need to be stock deodexed, I would try flashing the stock deodexed rom then try the mods. While I believe some reports say they work on stock rooted those reporters may not care if the shading is different.

I tried the link you suggested too. It did the same thing. I really don't want to flash a different ROM at this point because I just got this one set up the way I like it . A full wipe means I have to restore everything. Oh well, looks like I will have to wait to get rid of my battery widget.

Cincy, try Fab's 4.0.2 stock deodexed rom. Worked well for me.
