Currently there are no guaranteed safe ways to flash a Knox enabled phone, there are ways that work, but can still trip the counter on occasion. Best bet is if you don't wanna trip Knox, leave phone as standard!

Oh and by the way, welcome to the forum ;-)

Hello and welcome to Android Forums mohammedkhairy! :)

I want to ask about the safiest way to root my s4 9505 without tripping Knox counter and binary counter and without losing OTA or update via kies

This post #1 explains, in great detail, Knox and the limitations that it places on those who wish to root...

http://androidforums.com/internatio...security-locked-bootloader-new-firmwares.html

This explains how to root the Galaxy S4, GT-i9505, but will trip the Knox flag...

And how can I reset counter if it count.

The Knox flag cannot be reset.

I want to flash another official rom to my phone. How can I flash it without tripping Knox counter and binary .

Flashing another Samsung, stock, firmware to your phone will not trip the Knox flag but will void your warranty and prevent updates via Kies or OTA.

EDIT Ninja'd by sntaylor! :(
