Root [International] Rooting issue. need help with install.

I just want my phone to work :-/ i tried to get on my htc one a cyanogenmod but it stuck in the loading screen in after about 7 min. the phone restarts and the same happen again :-( i tried to flash with the ruu but i just found a ott file with my number: 3.63.161.6
after some hour is read that with a ott file i have to sideload it but it dont work :-( pls can someone help me and post a guide or something thx

you cannot fix your phone with an OTA file,if im reading your question correctly.

you will need to simply reflash your rom,or flsah a new one,or even restore a backup. make sure you wipe everything:
-data/factory reset
-cache
-dalvik cache
