Root [International] Settings of preview messages on locked screen.

I am using Samsung galaxy note II and after a recent android 4.3 update I am unable to choose if I want to hide (or show) text messages and missed calls preview on the locked screen. Please help me solve this, where can I find the settings for this? Because I know that I don't need an application for this because I have already changed it once but now I can't find it again.
