Help internet and instagram pics horrible resolution

Ever since the 4.3 update any pictures I view on the Internet dolphin browser and the original browser as well as viewing pictures on instagram look horrible, like all pixilated and blocky? It was fine before the update now it's terrible. Anybody know how to fix this? I've gone thru all the settings but can't seem to figure how to fix it btw it's a note 2 of course thanks for any suggestions!

This might be kind of dumb, but is it possible you can adjust the setting in the browser settings?
