Help Internet Sharing using bluetooth

Hi,

I have galaxy3, configured with 3g/hsdpa. I can connect the handset to laptop with data cable and access internet.
How do I access internet in my win7 laptop using bluetooth?

I don't see any settings in handset for bluetooth internet sharing.
Data cable is missing now, so i bluetooth is the only option.
