How do I do this on GB? On group I would just hit menu and it would have option to add shortcut, its no longer there now. Am I missing something?

I use the browser to create shortcuts. Go to the browser you use and mess around with the settings. You should be able figure it out.

If you are using the stock blur launcher, bookmark the page you want to make a short cut to, then go to an empty spot on the desktop and long press. select the "Shortcuts" option, and then "Bookmark" pick the one you want.
