Help internet webpage keeps closing

My internet webpage keeps closing by itself whenever I use it. It only happens the first time I would use it without opening other apps. However, when I open it the second time, it would be fine. But if I close the webpage and use another app, then when I come back and use the internet webpage, it would stay on for about 10 seconds. Then it would force shut down again on the webpage. But if I open it right after, the webpage would work normally. Its annoying having to open the browser twice everytime.

I tried shutting down and taking the battery out, but that didn't work. I cleared all rams and shutdown all apps, but that didn't work. I hope I don't have to do a factory reboot. Any suggestions? Thanks.

That sounds like a javascript issue, as the page is cycling the code and jamming things up a bit on the first try.

How does the page work on other devices? Do you have access to another Note 2 (friend, co-worker, enemy, etc ).

You're saying, "...my internet page.." Did you craft the page yourself?

Have you tried to clear cache and data on the Internet app?

Thanks for the replies guys. No, I do not have another note 2 to compare it with. But the websites that I go to are normal sites that shouldn't have done this. I know because I've used it before and it was fine. Even the site google will shut down on me. I know its not the websites. I dont remember doing or installing anything to the phone. And yes, I have cleared all caches and internet data. Nothing seems to fix it.

You could try Chrome browser. With the last Samsung update, Chrome browser was auto installed on the Note 2.
