introduction and problem

hi there my name is julie i am a newbie and hoping for some help.i have bought my granddaughter an appollo and she cannot store any apps to the sd card . this is making the phone memory full and now she cannot recieve messages or play games.does anyone know if there is an app that can do this.i have taken the phone back to carphone warehouse twice and all they will do is send it for repair but it is not broken and they dont want to know.hope someone can help me as she loves the phone and wants to play her games
