    I'm doing fine. Thank-you. :)

Welcome aboard. Thanks for stopping in to join us here @ Android Forums.
You can use this application http://f61f.qr.ai for deleting, editing, moving, etc. As for the storage issues -- you can move the large apps to the device SD card.

Another solution to storage problems would be to replace the sd card for a bigger one. You can find SD cards for a reasonable price on EBay or Amazon.

    Thanks for joining. Good luck.
    Happy 2013.

Hi Zine22, and welcome to AF :)

The best place for advice on the Eris would be HTC Droid Eris - Android Forums. If you can give a bit more detail on what sort of problems she is having it might help. Generic advice would be to move what apps she can to the sd card, to clear app caches (there are many cache cleaner apps in the Play Store to make this simple), and to check that no app is storing an excessive amount of data (as app data reside in internal storage as well). If she really just wants to install many/large apps then rooting may be the answer, in which case the Eris All Things Root forum would be the place to ask.

Re deleting PDFs, which PDFs are these? A file manager should let you do this unless they are protected (in which case a terminal command could be used to unlock them, unless they are system files, but I've never heard of PDFs in system).

Anyway, welcome again and hope we can help you :)
