I think MIUI is pretty clearly a rip-off style wise of iOS.

The status bar is pretty clearly directly ported from Android, lol.

This was the first time I saw it in action, though. The only thing I saw that was truly different was the way the status bar could roll down into a full screen app.

I agree. They are ripping off android.
I hope google sues the hell out of them, as they have been suing every android mfg lately for ripping them off.

    Damn Jobbs.

And the iFanbois will argue that Android is a ripoff of their beloved.
Best thing to do is ignore it all, IMHO.

Come on guys....just be happy the iOS platform is advancing. They do one thing better than Android...you can easily clear one notification at a time. Let's hope Android follows suit on that one.

But being a blind fanboy and claiming Google should sue them for this is making you no better than ifanboys....

New moto blur can do this, either the new blur or the gingerbread. Not too sure maybe one of the motorola fanboys could chime in.

Apple probably has a patent on suing anyways.

I see your point. However I disagree. If apple didn't start legal battels with Htc Motorola and Samsung over stealing their ideas I wouldn't have a problem with it. All I'm saying is that the new iOS seems hypocritical.
