iPhone Convert

Evening folks,

just registered for the site and thought i'd better say hello.

Received my new HTC Sensation this morning, my first foray into Android world as I have been using an iPhone 3GS for the past 18 months.

Had no end of trouble since upgrading to iOS4 and also had to replace the battery in it.

What with having issues with missing texts on O2 as well, decided to start fresh so went for Sensation on Vodafone - just signed my life away for the next 24 months but hoping it'll be worth it.

Got to say I love the phone so far, still very much wet behind the ears when it comes to Android but hoping this place can keep me straight!

Oooh I'm jealous!

I used to have the best phone money could buy with the Desire HD then the Sensation came along with lot's of lovely dual core goodness. Drools......

I'm not jealous that you have the handset I want. I, like The Brit, used to have the best smartphone on the market, but that's all changed now.

The specific sub forum for your device is here, but there are plenty of other places to post should you get stuck.

Good day sir, I also am an iphone convert. I have been using iphones for the last several years, first a 3GS and then an iphone 4. I have been increasingly drawn to Android for a while now, and am actually going to pay to get out of my contract with ATT, since they are pretty much useless when it comes to coverage, and tomorrow I am going to pick up my new Droid X2 from Verizon and begin my newbie experience with Android. I can't wait to see experience the openness I hope comes along with using Android. I just hope the games are as good as they are in the Apple App store!
