Maybe it's just me I connect to my ipod with my home network and I am able to get on the app store, and I get the web. I try to connect to the web using my cell phone, 3G mobile hotspot and I go on the web and says for 20$ a month you can have internet. Does anyone know away around it or any ideas? I am on the bus therefor there won't be any other wifi....

    Thanks
I have the ipod touch 4th gen btw

Chances are your network operator is one of the ones who charge extra for tethering. Which network are you on?

Yep, you cant tether your phone via wifi without paying your carrier for it. You can do it for free if you root the phone however.
