I heard from this mobile phone company vkworld that smartphone screen will emit blue light which will do hram to human eyes. And they even release a phone T6 that can block those light. Is it true that blue light from screen is bad for our eyes?

No they're not. They do trigger hormonal responses though that make some parts of our bodies think it's day time, hence making it more difficult fo fall asleep at night right after using a phone or computer (basically anything that emits blue/white light). That's why red screen filter apps were made. Other than that, blue light is completely harmless.
