Is Imperfection is another name for AMOLED'S?

    yet again we are refrained from getting 100% spot on screen in S2 this time the yellow tint which is affecting it, makes me wonder that how many updates does AMOLED panels needs to get perfect with no tints and color uniformity

    My experience with SAMOLED on the Galaxy S is that they all tint toward blue. OP is reporting SAMOLED+ on the S2 is tinting yellow. Since yellow and blue are opposing colors, it could be that Samsung intentionally tinted the screen yellow to counter the natural blue dominance (blue + yellow = white).

    Perhaps the OP is used to SAMOLED and now finds the net change to be yellow? Our brain white balances very well, and OP might be used to the blue tint if his/her previous phone was the old-generation screen.
