Help Is it normal for the battery to take more than 15 hours to be fully charged?

As the title says + right now I unplugged my mobile and the system's battery indicator is telling me 70% charged while an app called "battery left" is telling that I have my battery at 97% charged, which is correct, the system's battery indicator should be reliable right? + I only bought this last week and this is the second time I'm charging it!

ya. consider the system shown reading. i too have the same doubt before. k. whats ur os. 1.6 or 2.1

it's 2.1
So every time you want to fully charge your mobile, you let it in the charge for like 18 hours ?

1.6 takes about 3 hours to fully charge.

last night I plugged it in to charge and this morning it was fully charged to 100% this was the 3rd time I charged it I guess the battery needed some weird charging to reach a fully normal working state. So yeah problem solved!
