well long story short... i bought sony xperia few days ago and adding apps to it but as my mobile provider charges are high i have use <deleted by mod> to use it with home ISP but though today i saw that i get charged for all data that i downloaded.so is it possible to download without it ?

FYI: The tool you claimed to use circumvents Google Play's licencing agreements. We don't condone that type of activity here. I removed the reference, as I'm sure you didn't realize that it was a problem. However, you can use alternative Android app markets that do permit you to download via your web browser. These alternative markets are somewhat shady and a good number of them are actually warez, but the a few of the better ones are GetJar and SlideMe. But even those two are shady in some of their practices.
well i really dont know that its illegal..but thanks for all info u provided edit : i found a great site PandaApp.com | Free Your Mobile Life! can anyone tell me its warez or good ?
