Is it possible to have the stock email app do not sync such frequently when it is nighttime?

In the stock email app of my mobile phone, I have setup account of my corporate Exchange mailbox. It works fine till now.

Refer to the screenshot as below, please. I have set the value of 'Sync schedule' as 'Every hour'.

I just wonder whether it's possible to have the app do not sync such frequently when it is nighttime or where WLAN is not available.
