Does this work?
Power off your device.
Boot in recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume Down and Power Button at the same time.
Release all buttons when the LG L70 D320N screen flickers and in a few seconds the Recovery screen will appear.

Goto settings->developer options->turn on advanced reboot. Then hold the power button, select reboot(don't worry it won't) then it'll show the available options like reboot, recovery etc select recovery and touch ok you'll reboot to recovery

Nothing works! It is just unrooted somehow and cannot accses TWRP or be restarted to! Every known trick for rebooting into bootloader or recovery doesn't work.
It needs to be rooted.

Problem is in the faulty SD Card. I have replaced SD Card and then everything works on LOS phone (SU, root, apps)
Managed to reboot into recovery and flash latest nightly!
