I have a few questions to write.

Navigation application provides real-time guidance service using GPS of smartphone.
However, if the GPS of the vehicle is obtained, the user can receive the guidance service with a better reception rate. Is it possible to use the navigation application even when the GPS of the vehicle is obtained? If so, how can the GPS information of the vehicle be used in the navigation application?

I don't think such an interface exists to access the car's GPS data from an external phone app. But could you install your phone app on the car, assuming it's running Android Auto?
