Is it possible to view URL's accessed from within applications?

Im trying to find URL's accessed by the Call of Duty Application.
Is it possible to find out what URL's are accessed when using ANY applications?

So, Im trying to find out when data is being sent when i submit data i've filled in on the call of duty application.
Its sending the inputted values somewhere and Im trying to find out where.

Hmm, I would expect them to be sending the applications to a server or database to be stored. Why do you want to know?

because I want to be able to submit my values on a website as i dont always have my phone with me where as my laptop I always have with me.
